I know these aren’t exactly the best photos but I think they are still alright to compare. A lot has changed since the first photo was taken and some of the changes may not be as obvious or even visible. My tummy is definitely smaller, you can actually see my appendectomy scar now, my arms are smaller but a lot stronger, my hair got longer, my posture has gotten a bit better, my boobs are a bit smaller but they are more perky, I have a lot more confidence, I’m happier, and all around healthier. Eating right and exercises was all it took, and although it hasn’t always been easy it’s always been worth it.

Hey, my name is Bruna and I started to eat clean on June 28, 2012. It has been almost a year and I have made some nice progress, my starting weight was 168 pounds (about 76kg) and my current weight is 143 (65kg). I’m not done yet, there’s much more to go but I’m really proud and happy with how far I have come.

Almost 10 pounds – 5 kilos lost but not in a short period of time .. took a lot of hard work.
Started on Dec 2012 and cont. all the way till Mar 2013 reached 79 kgs but had to stop because of my university ( architecture major ) >< torture
even though i stopped working out but i never stopped eating healthy although there was the occasional Big Mac >< but never gave up
started again 2 weeks ago and lost almost 2 kgs ^^ and decided to make my first progress pic
